Merchandise Orders

All of the merchandise on the Tidy store is made to order specifically for you. This help us to reduce waste by only making the products that you wish to purchase.

Because of this the delivery times may be a little longer than usual for your orders to arrive.
We aim to have most orders delivered to you within 7 working days of your purchase. You will receive a tracking number from us via email that shows the status of your order and where it is up to in the fulfilment process.

If you order any music products from our store these will be shipped separately to your merchandise.

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The merchandise and clothing sold on our store is custom made for you. We are able to offer lots of colour and design variations because the products are only manufactured once you place an order. Because of this these products fall outside the scope of distance selling regulations and can only be returned if they are faulty and not for any other reason. Please double check the size guides on the website before placing your order.

Our USB products are also non-refundable unless they are faulty.
