We use Royal Mail as our main delivery partner and your orders are shipped using a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number via the email address on your account once your order has been processed and shipped.
All of the merchandise on the Tidy store is made to order specifically for you. This help us to reduce waste but only making the products that you wish to purchase.
Because of this the delivery times may be a little longer than usual for your orders to arrive.
We aim to have most orders delivered to you within 7 working days of your purchase. You will receive a tracking number from us via email that shows the status of your order and where it is up to in the fulfilment process.
If you order any music products from our store these will be shipped separately to your merchandise.
