Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email address on your account.
We ship music and merchandise products separately, so if you have for example ordered a CD and a t-shirt you will receive two different tracking number for the parcels.
All of the merchandise on the Tidy store is made to order specifically for you. This help us to reduce waste but only making the products that you wish to purchase.
Because of this the delivery times may be a little longer than usual for your orders to arrive.
If you have not received a tracking number after 7 working days of placing your order please contact us via the contact form or live chat on the store and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
